Customers frequently praise Delk Pest Control for punctual technicians, thorough treatments, and proactive text notifications that provide advance warning of visits. The company maintains a high rating, with many reviewers noting consistent communication and professional conduct over long-term engagements. However, some lower-rated reviews cite issues with scheduling delays, unauthorized credit card charges, and aggressive responses when customers attempt to cancel services or report persistent pest problems.
