Everybody named Chris is absolutely top notch and all the employees who aren’t named Chris are also excellent. This location is directly across from the Whole Foods on Broad Street. They are super professional, down to Earth and got me in and out in a day. I love my new Bridgestones.

They made me an appointment for 8am Saturday for an alignment, I made it clear I was going to wait and they assured me it was take about an hour . AFTER I got there I was informed something had gone wrong on their site and I should come back at 9:00. At 9.00 they said they still could not do it and I should come back Monday morning at 8.00, appointment confirmed. At 8.00 on Monday they were already doing something else else and they were not sure how long it would take. What are appointments for if they are not honored THREE TIMES IN A ROW? I am most disappointed, I will never go back there. UNPROFESSIONAL.

OMG! Had a nail in my tire, losing air and went to two other tire places that had at least 1-1/2 hrs wait...then at the suggestion of my passenger we limped into Delta. Fabulous and quick service. Great customer service and quickly fit us in. 30 mins later we were back on the road!

I have been going to the Broad location for years because they are efficient, reasonable, and--most importantly--they carefully document all mechanical issues with pictures, then provide a full report, which lists urgent and recommended repairs as well as all items that passed inspection. The staff are kind, answer questions and provide excellent customer service overall. Even though Delta is a chain I feel like I am going to a family owned business.
