We sold our home while living out of state. Denise went above and beyond to assist us with resources to help get the house ready for sale. She also over saw the work - she was our eyes and ears. She also kept us on task with the process from beginning to end.

Denise was an absolute dream to work with! As a first-time probate home seller, I was incredibly stressed and had a mountain of questions. Denise is so nice and knows what she is doing. I had found a rental in menifee but I wasn’t sure if it was real so I had called ms Denise and ask her if she can help me with this and she was so nice took her time out which she didn’t have to and found all the information I needed to verify that everything was legit but for her to take out time for me and help and know every street address and every realtor, very smart and helpful I will be purchasing a home in the near future and I saved her number because she is amazing and knows everything about everything! Don’t hassle to give her a call I wish I can give more than 5 stars!!! Thank you again ms Denise

I just wanted to let you know that Denise Gentile of Coldwell Banker Realty in Menifee did a wonderful job for me on the sale of my home. She went above and beyond to make sure the transaction closed. She was basically ghosted by the buyer's agent and she did twice as much work to get the deal closed, I have worked with Denise on a prior purchase and sale and was equally impressed with her knowledge and perseverance.
