I have taken my dog here twice. She is a rescue dog & is still nervous. Both times we picked up a very happy girl, that to me means Denise is doing something right! I was very nervous taking her to be groomed because of her anxiety however the reviews made me comfortable. Denise has been pleasant with every interaction I have had with her & that has been more than two times. It was actually quite a few, due to me worrying about my dog. To the people who read reviews like I often do. I would have a few thoughts to a recent negative review about this business. I work in a place where appointment times matter. If just one person is late it throws off an entire schedule & day. I would have to question how many times have you shown up late if you have been going there for 2 years & was it truly just "a few minutes"? If someone has been nice to you for 2 yrs every time but recently, there might be a reason why. Also if there is something you didn't like & it was going on for awhile did you express your concern? It just seems to me that Denise listens & takes good care of the dogs she sees. I will be bringing my dog back to Denise & I would recommend her to any one reading this! I think you will find that she does a great job!

Our little cutie Bindi has been with Denise for the past 5 years! She and her team are the best! Our girl is blind and she loves being there and gets the princess treatment!!

So we have been going here for two years plus. Used to be good. Missed things here and there and didnt worry about it. Lately it gets worse and worse. We have short haired dogs, ears are half done, faces are never cut even. Its like they cut a straight line across their forehead, one dog has long eye lashes. One was cut the other not. The attitude that my daughter was given for being a few minutes late is completely unacceptable. We are taking our business elsewhere. Numerous times id wait a week or more for a response to a message. That is not professional. Especially for a customer for more than 2 years every 6 weeks. It seems like they really dont care about their customers. Pet owners be warned. She is nice at first. Till she is not.

Denise did an excellent job grooming my poodle. She is friendly and takes pride in her work. She's definitely gained a regular customer.

This is a really great place to go to! Denise does a great job, and she is always very accommodating when getting scheduled. Very reasonably priced as well! I’m happy to be a frequent customer and so is my dog! :-)

Denise is the best!!!! We've been going to her for years, and even now that I live an hour and a half away, I make sure to coordinate my dog's grooming schedule for when I'm in Harrisburg because I don't want to use anyone else. Denise is affordable enough to go frequently (so thankful), and in times when it's been a while and my dog's looking rough, the way she transforms her into a beautiful princess is always stunning!

Does great work and well with fidgety dogs. The last groomer I went to charged extra for “difficult dog” and said she should have sedatives. She’s not mean, just squirmy. I was told they can handle her so I gave it a shot. It’s been a while since she was cut and she came out a completely different dog! Super soft and nicely trimmed face.
