Willie came out the same day I called- last Wednesday- and I thought it would be great. He couldn’t find the part so asked for 24 hours to do a search. I didn’t hear back on Thursday so called his office on Friday- left vm and texted. No return call or update. Call again Monday bc I hadn’t heard back. Sergio calls me back and asks for another 24 hours to look for the part. Now it’s Tuesday afternoon- I have not heard back and have lost the $110 he charged to come out bc I will not be using Denmark. Terrible experience. Now, over a week later getting back to me and posting a response here like he went above and beyond. A 24 hour search is just that. Originally came out 9/18 and I had no response from that time for over a week.

Denmark’s customer service sucks! Sergio will tell you he will call you back and never does Willie the “supposedly” owner won’t call you back either . Would never use their service again. They never came out to service my machine had to wait another 3 days for repairs!!!

Do not use this very poorly run company. It’s actually only one technician, don’t let them fool you to think it’s a big company. He did not successfully repair our ice maker and then did not make it a priority to correctly fix it. When I called to let him know it still wasn’t working he did not come back out for two weeks. Then several weeks after ordering another part, I had to call looking for him. Then they self-scheduled an appt another 2 weeks out without checking with me and my schedule. After a 6 week wait I still do not have a functioning ice maker. Not recommended at all.

We called about our Dryer heating element being out and Willie came out within 2 hours and got the dryer up and running quickly. I am very happy
