They did a great job, after what I thought was a very strange and frustrating experience at another, cheaper auto shop, i brought my car to Dennis Auto Repair. They were done the very next morning, their findings and scan results were color coded from most to least important and detailed but still clear. Plus, even though the results were extremely disappointing and no repairs took place, they took the time to explain what everything meant and even answered my other questions with patience. I will absolutely come back in the future!

Buenas tardes!! Quiero comunicar. Mi deception en este taller. Fui por problemas en mi troca de GMC y me dijeron que era el radiator! Y lo pusieron! Mi troca Siii haciendo lo mismo y fui y el sr! Me dijo que ya era otra parte. La primera vez. Me cobró 2,6000 después quería cobrarme otros 2.300 Me moleste y la lleve a otro. Taller y el Mecanico dijo que era la transmission Voy a regresar a recover aunque sea parte del dinero Yo iva sola. Y se sprovecho está Persona de mi. Es mi primera vez que iva a un taller. Muy mala experience!!!
Good morning Angelica, On April 30th you brought your truck to check for a cooling system leak and the engine overheating. You stated you been adding water to the radiator. You approved the cooling system repairs. We verified there were no further leaks and no further overheating issues. June 9th you returned the truck to have the air conditioner check and a drivability concern. There were no problems found with the air conditioner. My technician test drove the vehicle with you for your drivability concern. It was determined you had a shifting issue with the transmission. We performed a full system scan to check all modules in your truck, and no codes were present. We inspected the transmission fluid level and found the level low. You stated the Dealership recently serviced your transmission, and you declined our recommendations.
Our second time visiting Dennis Auto Repair. First time was 3 years ago with our son's truck. Great service then and now. Last week our daughter was visiting from out of state and her check engine light came on during her travels home. They squeezed her car in with no promises. After having her car 2 days they had completed all safety checks and looked at all concerns. Back on the road and all is good. She made it home to Eugene today with no car problems.
