Adam T. was great. Arrived on time, was very professional, and had a pleasant personality. He explained different options in repairing the damage and told me his recommendation. The day the workers came, they worked steadily and got the job done in two hours. Clean up was perfect.

Thank you so much for such wonderful feedback! We are so pleased to hear how happy you are with our team!
Dennis construction installed replacement windows in my home. They look amazing. The experience was great from start to finish: the team communicated clearly, responded to all requests in a timely manner, performed exceptional work, and left the work sleeved nicer than when they arrived! I would recommend Dennis construction to anyone.

Dennis Home Improvement did an outstanding job on our exterior renovation. They completed a total overhaul of our home's exterior—including complete siding replacement, wall re-sheeting, soffit and fascia, and entryway cladding. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the entire process was top-tier. The team was professional, reliable, and made sure everything was done right. We couldn't be happier with how the house looks! Highly recommend Dennis and his team for any major home improvement projects.

Over the past 15 years, I have relied on Dennis Home Improvement for two roof installations and repairs to my soffit. Their quotes are always accurate, and the quality of work and craftsmanship is excellent. The construction team is friendly, professional, and always willing to answer questions and address concerns.

We are so pleased with the reconstruction of our Florida/ Sunroom. Our 60+ year old home has some definite challenges and Greg and his team did an amazing job. He and his team are some of the hardest workers! Thank you for giving me a room to be proud of now. Highly recommend Greg Dennis!

I am loving my Screened Porch built by Dennis Home Improvement! They did such a great job, were on time, completed the project on time, and were respectful and polite the whole time. From the first time I met with Greg Dennis to discuss what I wanted, I felt confident in his understanding of what I wanted and he had wonderful ideas that made my porch very unique. I highly recommend DHI for your next project!

Greg and the crew did a great job on installing siding on my house and adding a metal roof to an awning. Quick work. Cleaned up well afterwards and all for a very reasonable cost.
