I have my flues cleaned every year and the usual guys had raised their prices--again--so I thought I'd try Denver Chimney Cleaning. Super nice guys--just put a fire on this morning and stove never drew so well. Super responsive home office team coordinating access to 7 different properites; knowledgable tech did a fantastic job on my properties Highly recommend.
Denver Chimney did a phenomenal job repairing our brick chimney and flue. We had a worn-out damper that was letting cold drafts in, plus minor cracking along the crown exterior. The techs replaced the damper with a top-sealing one and patched up the masonry cleanly before doing a full sweep. They were very careful to keep our living room spotless throughout the process. It’s rare to find technicians who are as knowledgeable and conscientious as this crew
With winter approaching, we wanted to make sure our fireplace was safe to use, and Denver Chimney exceeded all our expectations. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze, and the crew showed up exactly within the promised time window. They performed a highly detailed inspection of the firebox and the chimney crown, explaining a few minor maintenance tips along the way without ever trying to upsell us on things we didn’t need. What impressed me the most was how clean they kept everything; they set up drop cloths and heavy-duty vacuums so that not a single speck of soot made it into our living room. It gives us incredible peace of mind knowing our fireplace is clean and safe for the season. Exceptional customer service from start to finish
Great chimney service! Everything was handled carefully and professionally, and the fireplace area was left perfectly clean afterward. The entire appointment was smooth and hassle-free.
I called after noticing a small amount of ash and debris falling into the fireplace even when it wasn’t being used. The technician inspected the chimney, found buildup higher in the flue, and cleaned everything out thoroughly. He was careful inside the house and left the fireplace area spotless. I’d definitely trust them for future chimney work.
Technician got soot all over furniture and left. Called office..non-English speaking rep refused to provide managers name or transfer call. Horrible experience…DO NOT USE
We have an old wood-burning stove that hadn't been serviced in years. The tech came out, swept the chimney pipe from top to bottom, adjusted the damper, and replaced the worn-out door gasket seal. He took his time explaining proper wood-burning tips to minimize creosote buildup in the future. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very tidy.
My allergies usually act up every spring. This didn’t solve it completely, but I’ve noticed fewer sneezing fits inside the house.
made a reservation after foolishly sanding a tiny bookcase inside. The living room's dusty odor was effectively eliminated via duct cleaning.
Rebuilt the crown with a good drainage slope after repairing erosion damage. They also resealed the flashing and cleaned the interior flue. Rain now runs off properly and no more leaks occur.
