Denver Test Prep

Michelle is an incredible tutor. Our son actually looked forward to his time studying when she was working with him. His test scores improved a lot, and she was very positive and supportive, while making sure he focused on the areas he needed to improve in. She was very communicative with us about his progress, and provided lesson summaries after each session. Our son loved working with her so much, that he asked if he could continue having her as a tutor even when the test was over!

I tutored for the LSAT with Michelle this past month and found the experience to be a great use of my time and money. Michelle was a great resource and was incredibly helpful at every step of the way. If you're considering whether getting tutoring for something like the LSAT, or anything else, is worth it, I can tell you that it absolutely is. I would highly recommend it.

Our reading tutor at DTP, Ms. Claire, is delightful and so engaging with our daughter. Though our daughter is extremely bright, it takes an exceptional teacher to engage her in reading with passion and enthusiasm and we are so grateful for Ms. Claire's ability to do so. We've attended for a few months now and our experience continues to be positive week after week. Well worth the investment in our child.

Bryan Swanton of Denver Test Prep (DTP) has been a wonderful academic coach for my 17 year old, high school junior. He has an excellent understanding of high school boys. He has established a strong relationship with my son that is resulting in significantly improved grades and motivation. We're looking forward to doing SAT prep with him.

Ahh where to start! DTP gave us an opportunity that we wouldn't otherwise have through their scholarship program which was an incredible blessing! Over several months my daughter worked with Andria to improve her SAT scores and ended up improving 180 points!!! We are so grateful to DTP and to Andria who was amazing, patient, kind, and supportive over our time together. Thank you DTP for blessing us with this opportunity, helping to build my daughters confidence and helping her exceed her goals for this test. We are forever grateful to all of you and highly recommend DTP to all students looking to improve their test scores- they are incredible!!!

Bryan was amazing supporting our son as he needed help getting organized and strategic about school in the beginning of 10th grade. Due to the ongoing relationship and connection our son had with Bryan, he was able to finish the year very strong and is taking those skills with him into junior year!

We are so grateful for the support and guidance our child received from Jenna, our tutor from DPT. She worked with our daughter both outside of school and by traveling to her school twice a week, providing consistent and personalized support. Jenna also helped us navigate our daughter’s ADHD and dyslexia diagnoses with care, insight and compassion. She was patient, encouraging and really connected with our child in a way that built her confidence and skills. We saw a lot of growth academically including her willingness to tackle school work independently. Communication with Jenna was easy and excellent, and it was clear that Jenna genuinely cared about our child’s success. We highly recommend Jenna and DPT to any family looking for a knowledgeable, caring and dedicated tutor.

Michelle has been an incredible math tutor for our daughter. Not only did she significantly improve her ISEE score, but we also saw a clear boost in her math grades at school. What really sets Michelle apart is her ability to genuinely connect with kids—she builds trust quickly and makes learning feel approachable and even enjoyable. Our daughter genuinely looks forward to her sessions with Michelle and even asked to continue working with her after the ISEE was over, which says a lot about the positive impact she’s had. Beyond her teaching skills, she’s simply an amazing person—patient, encouraging, and deeply invested in her students’ success. We’re so grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and effective tutor. She’s a total gem!!

Ms. Michelle has been incredibly helpful, patient and kind with me as I study for one of the most difficult tests I have ever took. I am beyond grateful for her extensive knowledge in regards to the LSAT. Beyond the test material itself, Michelle offers insightful advice and information from one human to another. Michelle is beyond dedicated to helping each student she has and it shows in the ways she consistently shows up and supports me in every session we have. Thank you to Denver Test Prep as you all have been very supportive and kind to me and to my wonderful tutor.
