Deserada Homes

This was our second time building with Jim and Deserada. Deserada and the sub-contractors they use build high-quality homes with attention to detail. Jim goes above and beyond with customization. My wife must have changed her mind on designs over a dozen times during the process but Jim and the team never seemed bothered by it. Adrianna kept the process organized and kept us updated on the office and paperwork side of the build. Adrianna was friendly and went out of her way to ensure the process was going smooth and continuously checked in on us. Dave, the superintendent, handled most of the day-to-day oversight of our build and who we dealt with a majority of the time. Dave is one heck of a superintendent. Dave was probably put through the wringer by us during the process, but he always kept his professionalism at a high level. Dave also bent over backwards to help us out with a time crunch with moving in. Dave also completed an extensive walkthrough of the house and cared more about very minor imperfections than we did. That spoke a lot about Dave’s and Deserada’s quality standards. The whole crew at Deserada are amazing people who have the utmost professionalism and highest of standards. To Jim, Adrianna, Dave, and the whole Deserada team, thank you and keep up the great work. To anyone looking to build with Deserada, you won’t be disappointed.

Our house is complete in less than a year ! The details and craftsmanship are amazing! We are very happy 😊 can't wait to start living in our new home thank you jim !!!

I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with Jim and his team at Deserada in 2002 when they built our home. We lived there for 18 years before having to sell to move out of state. That home was the definition of quality, durability and the greatest company to do business with. If you’re looking for quality and home you can be so proud of, then Deserada is by far the builder you want.

Our Deserada journey did not start a year and a half ago. Our journey started around 2017 when we saw the first few Instagram posts. We fell in love and knew we would one day build with Deserada. Every step of the process from when we first walked into the model home until the final walk through was always very professional. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and it's clear that quality and customer satisfaction are top priorities for them. They were always responsive to questions and quick to address any concerns, no matter how small. Their commitment to delivering not just a house, but a home that reflects our wants, needs, vision and style was impeccable. They stayed on schedule, communicated regularly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and exciting. We wholeheartedly recommend Deserada to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and passionate home builder. Thank you for bringing our dream to life! We would definitely work with Deserada again.

The entire Deserada crew has been absolutely amazing in building our dream home! Their attention to detail and dedication to service goes well above and beyond exceptional. To anyone interested in building their dream home, we recommend reaching out to Itzel and the Deserada team. Thank you, Deserada!!!

We are so thankful to Deserada Homes for designing and building our dream home. From the start, we shared our vision and specific design preferences with Jim (the owner), and he brought every detail to life. We are completely satisfied with the final result. Our home is everything we hoped for and more. The build was also completed much faster than what we’ve seen from other builders in the area. Since moving in, the Deserada team has been responsive and quick to address any concerns that have come up. We highly recommend Deserada to anyone looking to build their dream home with a team that truly delivers.

Deserada Homes is the best custom home builder in the high desert! We purchased our land and Deserada helped us through the process of obtaining a construction loan to build our home. The entire process of building went well and they moved us up in the scheduling process as we were able to get all our utilities ahead of schedule. We've been in our home for 20 years now. We highly recommend Deserada Homes to anyone looking for your custom dream home.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jim Dillard / Deserada Homes, I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were truly impressive. Thank you for answering our countless questions and resolving our concerns. Thank you to all the staff for making this possible, especially Jim, Itzel, Adriana, David and all those working hard behind the scenes. Thank you, GOD BLESS!

We recently had our custom home built in Silver Lakes (Helendale) by Deserada Homes, and the experience was truly exceptional. I found Deserada through online research, and I couldn't be happier with our decision. From start to finish, Jim (the owner/contractor) and Dave (our project foreman) were fantastic to work with—professional, responsive, and always willing to communicate clearly. My wife and I have three different family members who built homes with other contractors, and every one of them said they’d never build again due to all the problems they encountered. In contrast, our experience was smooth and stress-free. Jim and Dave were flexible, attentive to our needs and preferences, and clearly take pride in the quality of their work. I would absolutely recommend Deserada Homes to anyone considering building a home. They made the process enjoyable and delivered a home we truly love.

From the very beginning Deserada helped in every way possible. Deserada’s team and sub-contractors went above and beyond from always keeping us informed to being very friendly to us and our children. Our kids enjoyed seeing the building process. We have been in our dream home for a little over 1 year now and we are still in awe with everything.
