Google reviewers rate Desert Doggies Grooming & Shampooch 4.5 out of 5 based on 148 reviews, with the owner not replying to any comments. Customers frequently praise the staff for being patient, kind, and skilled with difficult or nervous dogs, noting that prices are competitive compared to local competitors. However, several low-star reviews highlight significant issues with communication and scheduling, including dogs being left in kennels for extended periods without updates, missed appointments, and billing discrepancies regarding prepaid services.

Tina did a great job! She listened to how I wanted my baby to look and she came through. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job.
The place is really nice. A way better vibe since the last time I brought my dogs a couple of years ago. Paul and Briyana were very sweet. Will be going back for sure.
Sparkle was filthy. Tina is a miracle worker. Truly an angel!
Wow! What an awesome experience. From the moment we walked into the door for the first time, my dog ran up to Bri, who is at the desk greeting everyone. My dog is wagging her tail wasn’t scared and she’s only one years old. Bri treated us like we’ve been here for years like VIP. Their prices were cheaper than groomers around in the area.. I told Bri how I wanted my dog’s haircut and nails done and I left her there. The person scheduled to groom her, Paul, was on his way. I went out to go shopping and got the text message that she’s ready for pick up in two hours. When I saw her, I was amazed at the great job. They did so much detail. I’ve been home for hours. My dog hasn’t itched anymore and has been running with the cookies being very happy. I highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to get their dogs groomed. Friendly staff very professional very fast, is budget friendly amazing job 10 out of 10.
Horrible! I brought my maltipoo in for a bath, and asked simply for the long hair around his eyes to be trimmed so he could see better. She cut all the hair off of his face, for some inexplicable reason a chunk of hair off the right side of his forehead, just the right side, and he. has a big scrape across his nose, it’s absolutely awful. It’s going to take months for his hair to grow back, I’m just sick about it.
I’ve been coming here for years and they did get new ownership recently and I had an amazing experience!! My dogs groomer was Tina and she did really great with him. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Place looks amazing as well and clean.
I’ve been here a couple times now and both times have had excellent service.
They did an amazing job with our dog pepper. Our yorkie pepper can be a lot to deal with cause she’s a busy body but they. Cut her how we likes and took great care of her. 5 stars this way
