Reviewers highlight the facility's convenient weekend hours, reasonable pricing, and the staff's ability to handle difficult or senior dogs with care. Customers frequently note that pets return looking clean and well-groomed, with specific praise for following detailed coat length instructions. However, low-star reviews cite instances of hair being cut shorter than requested, unreturned phone calls, and a dog developing skin irritation after a bath and deshedding service.

I'd told them when I made app for next day my dogs never had been to groomers wye old and 5 yr old terrier I got there and 1 dog nipped at her and she refused service for dog When she went for 2nd dog she got bit and refused to trim hair and nails cuz they bite I don't understand why they didn't mussle them instead after paying to be taken there I went home without cut or nails clipped
We would never charge for a service that was not done
My dog got a haircut today and he looks so cute now and feels much better thank u ladies.
