1st time here. Great pricing, great customer service! Spunk has some bad teeth and is a very spunky dog. They were very sweet with her and took all precautions, made us all comfortable. We got a very reasonable estimate for a dental appointment and will be returning, and entrusting the staff to care for our dog.

my childhood dog had tumors and they told us it was best to put her down, a couple of days after trying to take care of my dog and decide what we felt was best, they called us and told us they could euthanize her and if we didn’t get her euthanized they would call animal control because we were “abusing animals.” the concept is genuinely crazy to me because god forbid we were a family trying to decide what was best for our dog and not to mention it was a huge moral dilemma and an insane amount of guilt as a 16 year old child. the staff it was extremely un empathetic and they claimed to know what was best for my dog while only seeing her once a year.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I witnessed during my visit. While I understand that veterinary clinics can be busy and emotionally demanding, compassion and professionalism should never be optional. The receptionist was, without question, the rudest person in the clinic. I witnessed someone picking up the remains of their beloved pet, and there was absolutely no empathy, compassion, or communication from the receptionist. She simply sat there, cold and emotionless, turned back to her computer, and acted as though nothing had happened. In a veterinary clinic, where families are often experiencing some of the hardest moments of their lives, that lack of basic human kindness was heartbreaking to witness. Shortly afterward, she went outside and, upon returning, closed the door on a child who was trying to enter with dogs instead of holding it open. It was another small but telling example of her complete disregard for the people walking through the door. Another customer politely asked how long the wait would be. Rather than responding courteously, she abruptly said, “We’re busy. I can’t give you a time. I suggest you leave.” Her tone was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. The veterinarians and medical staff may provide excellent care, but the front desk is the first and last impression of the clinic. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s behavior overshadowed everything else. I sincerely hope management reviews the security footage from that day and addresses these interactions. This role requires empathy, patience, and strong people skills—especially in a profession where clients are often grieving or under tremendous stress. Based on this experience alone, I would not return or recommend this clinic.
