Customers frequently praise the salon's clean environment, friendly staff, and skilled grooming, particularly for hand-stripping and cat mat removal. Many note prompt service and effective communication regarding specific breed needs. However, low-star reviews highlight recurring issues with pricing transparency, where customers report unexpected charges for unrequested services, and instances of staff failing to follow specific grooming instructions or refusing appointments.

I have been bringing my dog here for seven years, since he's been a puppy. He's a terrier and needs to be hand stripped. Misty who is the owner is the only person I could find to do this process professionally. I highly recommend her.
When you first walk into the salon, it is beautifully decorated. There is not even the smell of dogs, which amazed me.
