We chose JK photography for our special day. He did not disappoint. Both he and his assistant did a great job. He captured the moments we missed due to being occupied. There's always so much going on on your wedding day but being able to look back at our photos it was like we were there and didn'tmiss a thing. I would 10 out of 10 recommend JK photography for any special moments!
So if you are looking for a photographer for any type of event, you will be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t reach out to JK. We hired him for our wedding and it was easily the best decision we made. He’s prompt, professional, and is great at what he does. It rained on our big day and he was able to pivot, keep us calm, and still capture amazing photos. If you’re looking for high-quality photography, he’s your guy. I would highly recommend his services and we look forward to working with him for future events.

Where do I even begin?! I could genuinely go on forever about how wonderful our experience was with JK Photography. If you are considering booking him for ANYTHING, stop thinking about it and just BOOK HIM. I promise you will not regret it. We had a destination wedding in Punta Cana and choosing JK as our photographer was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made. We have actually used JK for several special moments over the years—pregnancy photos, graduation, engagement photos, birthdays, Mother’s Day, and now our wedding—and every single experience has been amazing. After this wedding, we already know he will be our photographer for every major milestone to come. JK is incredibly detail-oriented, professional, talented, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is perfect. And I mean EVERYTHING. He was so much more than our photographer on our wedding weekend. He was basically our wedding coordinator, timeline manager, hype man, and problem solver all in one. We had a rehearsal dinner, welcome party, group excursion, getting-ready photos, ceremony, and reception, and he was there throughout the entire weekend making sure we were where we needed to be and that everything was captured. At our rehearsal dinner, he was literally directing everyone—telling people where to stand, what to do, and how to position themselves so we could get the best photos. He was honestly more hands-on and organized than our actual wedding coordinator! One of my favorite examples of his attention to detail happened during our ceremony. My husband’s boutonnière was falling off, and JK noticed it and discretely stopped what he was doing and fixed it so it would look right in the photos(before I came down the aisle). That may seem like such a small thing, but those are the details that make such a huge difference. He wasn’t just thinking about taking the picture, he was thinking about how the picture would look. And if you’re worried about him working alone, DON’T! The man is a MACHINE. His work is genuinely better than what I have seen from entire photography teams. He somehow manages to be everywhere he needs to be, capture all of the important moments, notice the little details, and still make the entire experience feel effortless. And then you get the pictures back and realize WHY he was doing all of that. The photos are absolutely FABULOUS. Every time. What I appreciate most, though, is that JK is just a genuinely good person. He is kind, patient, professional, dependable, and easy to work with. You can tell that he cares about his clients and takes pride in what he does. He doesn’t just show up, take pictures, and leave. He becomes invested in your memories and wants you to have the best experience possible. Having someone we could trust to capture such an important weekend was incredibly important to us. JK exceeded every expectation—not just on our wedding day, but throughout the entire weekend. And on top of ALL of that, his pricing is fair. You are getting an incredible photographer AND someone who is going to go above and beyond for you without feeling like you’re being charged an outrageous price for every little thing. I could honestly keep going, but I’ll just say this: BOOK JK. If you’re considering him for your wedding, engagement session, maternity photos, graduation, birthday, family photos, or literally ANY special moment, do yourself a favor and hire him. We’ve trusted him with some of the most important moments of our lives, and we will continue to do so. JK, thank you for not only giving us beautiful photographs, but for helping make our entire wedding weekend so much easier, smoother, and more memorable.
