We were very comfortable leaving our dog there. She did a great job! Very friendly service. Charlie looks and smells amazing.

Absolutely awful groomer. I would never recommend anyone taking their dog here. She shaved my dog down without my permission because she said his double coat was matted. She was clearly having a bad day when I brought my dog in as she was crying, and I asked if everything was okay because I didn't feel comfortable leaving my dog there with her in that state, She mumbled something and said it was fine. I knew I shouldn't have left him. It was my first time there, And she did an absolute awful shave job at that. It was completely uneven and one of his toenails was bleeding. she put my dog at risk for getting alopecia being you are not supposed to shave this breed all the way down. Thank God after almost a year my dogs fur grew back. But it took that long! Again I do not recommend this groomer. If I could give her zero stars I would.

Heather is amazing! I brought two of my maltipoos here after I was desperately seeking a groomer (after having a bad experience with another). I was nervous to take my 17 year old to a new place but I’m so happy I did. She made an immediate appointment for them and just wow. They looked perfectly cut and very soft. Their nails were clipped and filed better than ever and it only took her an hour for each dog! They didn’t have to sit in a small cage waiting for other dogs to be groomed.. they were able to roam the entire room! I highly recommend her and I cannot wait to bring them back! Thank you Heather!

Heather is a great groomer! She grooms our 3 golden doodles. She finishes them quickly and has been very easy to come to her since she understands doodles and how their fur can get matted. Heather has made it a non stressful experience for my wife and I since coming to her as well for our pets and she’s easy to talk with too! She loves our pets and they love hanging on her couch and not in a crate or being around other dogs. She’s also helped my wife get business as a pet sitter too!! Recommend her highly!

We brought a much older CAT in for assistance with mats in her fur. The owner graciously took on this task, and gently removed the matted fur, talking softly to our kitty throughout the process. The cleanliness and charm of the establishment also impressed me. The owner provided good service, at a reasonable price, and should be justly proud of her work. Our cat looked adorable with her new "lion cut"!

I just started bringing my dog Lilly here this summer after moving to the area. What a great find! I love that the dogs aren't put in crates, instead they have pens for them to roam. There's even a couch for the bigger dogs! I also love that there's only ever been one other dog there when I pick up/drop off Lilly. She's very anxious to begin with and I've noticed a HUGE improvement since coming here. Previously, a trip to the groomer would make her exhausted the rest of the day. Now, it doesn't see to phase her. I truly think it's because the environment is less stressful and the owner treats the dogs as her own. She is so gentle when talking with Lilly and always lets me know if there's something she couldn't do. For example, after Lilly had a couple teeth removed, she couldn't get as much of her face cut. That's fine with me! I'd much have a groomer who respects the dogs and listens to them than get a "perfect" cut. Cannot recommend DeTails enough! Especially if you have a nervous nelly like me.
