After unexpectedly losing my father last year, I found myself facing a difficult situation with his apartment complex. Eight to ten months after his passing, I began receiving communications regarding alleged outstanding balances and charges.
During an already incredibly difficult time, Devon handled the entire situation with such grace, compassion, and professionalism. It was overwhelming to even consider contacting the apartment complex while I was grieving, but Devon stepped in and took care of everything with confidence and care.
Her help allowed me to focus on my family and the happy memories of my dad, rather than having to navigate unexpected charges and claims from the apartment complex. I am incredibly grateful for the way she handled the situation and for the peace of mind she gave me during such a challenging time.

First. Im not a person who usually does reviews. BUT. If anyone deserves a good one. Its this team. I was in a motorcycle accident and ended up losing part of my leg. We had no idea what to do or who to contact. Devon and her team are the greatest. My wife and I did not have to do anything except contact her, then she went to work and her and her team took care of everything. I will recommend Devon and her team to anyone thats in need after an accident. We are newer to Tennessee and have no support system. Well so we thought. Devon and her team became our support system and were a bright point for us. Honestly I would hope nothing like this to happen to anyone but if it does. Contact Devon and her team. They will become a bright point in a dark time for you as well.
