Devoted Restoration

Bill and Justin at Devoted Restoration – They restored our walls and baseboards to blend perfectly with the rest of the existing walls. We were amazed at the exact paint match—it is impossible to know where the old color shade ends and the new begins. They came at our requested time and date and they worked together seamlessly—quickly and efficiently. They are both outstanding employees showing professionalism and empathy to us during our stressful time.

We had a water leak with mold. We had to deal with mold remediation and a rebuild of our sink island in our kitchen. Devoted Restoration was chosen because the project manager, Shawn Fendone, was overseeing it from beginning to end. He was very nice to work with and was up front about the entire process. He listened to what I said and understood my vision. The granite came in with resin cracks and he knew I wouldn’t want that so he reached out before work began on the slab and I was able to chose one better suited to my vision. He was available during the entire process. He handled the insurance part of it professionally. The carpenter, Bill, was very professional and did an excellent job. I love the final project. I’m glad we chose Devoted Restoration to do this project.

Bill did a great job with remediation and repair!

The Devoted team did a great job of outlining the process and taking care of the mold remediation. I would like to recognize Alex and Kaler who did an exceptional job with the tear out, sanitization and buttoning up of the house in the affected areas. Bill and his assistant arrived Monday morning and had our house put together by Thursday. From the insulation to texture and paint they did an absolutely fantastic job. Bill is a detail oriented tradesman who went the extra mile to ensure our repairs were completed to our satisfaction. I certainly will recommend Devoted to anyone needing their services.
