We’ve used Dewey services for years and have never had any issues. Andy is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. He addresses your concerns or problems quickly and efficiently.

The service tech usually sends a text message at 4:30pm the day before informing me that I’m scheduled for service tomorrow and is it okay. The problem is that they close at 5:00pm. If you call the office with questions, they usually indicate that they will have the tech call you. But , no calls only text messages! They will however call you for payment and their fee increases every year. They need to create a monthly calendar for their customers so we can know ahead of time that they’re servicing your unit. Im pretty sure most of their clients work and should be given at least 24 to 48 hrs notice! Lol!
Answer all my qdiuestion efficient polite
Victor always texts before coming by our house. He always asks about the pests we have seen around our house and listens to our answers, adjusting the treatment accordingly. He is unfailingly polite and courteous. He is a genuinely nice man and we look forward to seeing him whenever he comes by. I recommend him to all our friends.
The person who was assigned to me, treated my house & yards a couple weeks ago. After a couple weeks, I was still seeing the creepy crawlers but he explained why that might be. Desert living only sucks when you're dealing with 100's of different types of bugs especially Black Widows that come into your house uninvited and set up shop. Dewey destroys them! Thanks Carlos, for always maintaining professionalism, courtesy, & good communication skills. ☹️ I will stay with Dewey because they gave me a fair price.
