Dezzy's Second Chance Animal Rescue

I have been apart of this rescue since 2020.Sandra is absolutely an amazing person who is very passionate about saving animals. I have seen dogs come into their facility in horrific conditions and she puts her heart & soul into getting EVERYTHING medically needed to make them healthy. If you are looking for a happy healthy pup please I recommend whole heartedly Dezzy’s Second Chance.

Sandra does a wonderful job rescuing strays from PBAC, she goes above and beyond. The dog we adopted, Fudge, had Heartworms which she treated, had his teeth cleaned and was neutered. We dog sit so we were looking for the right dog that would be able to get along with the dogs coming and leaving our home and Fudge is the best! Definitely recommend Dezzy's Second Chance Dog Rescue.

Dezzy's is a wonderful organization with the highest standards of adoption. They really do offer these beloved creatures a chance at a good life in a loving home. I highly recommend, if you are looking to adopt!

This rescue does Gods work on this Earth. You will not find a more dedicated and compassionate group of people who have devoted their lives to giving all animals a second chance at a beautiful life they deserved from the very beginning. Best rescue in state of Florida 100000000%

Thank You So Much to Dezzy’s Second Chance Animal Rescue for bringing Leonard (aka Loveable Lenny) to us, he has added so much fun to our family. Lenny is the second fur baby we adopted from Dezzy’s and we couldn’t be any happier. Dezzy’s Second Chance took great care of him as they do with all of their furry rescues. Sandra and the team deserves nothing less than a FIVE! Sandra is always available to us and we greatly appreciate it. Thank You Sandra and Dezzy’s Second Chance Animal Rescue! Mike and Robin

We gratefully adopted our little Sunshine aka Sunny from Dezzy's in 2018. Sandra and her team were extremely warm & friendly, diligent with vetting us as potential owners & did an incredible job setting Sunny up for success entering into her new forever home with another dog already part of our family. Sandra, her husband & all of the volunteers at Dezzy's give their lives to save & protect animals. I don't have enough accolades to share just how perfected & respected their process is. If you are not approved to adopt an animal from them, please respect their system for evaluating what is best for the animal. After all..it is about saving the animals, giving them their best chance at a great life & less about us humans! Thank you Sandra & everyone at Dezzy's for ALL you do for our community! 🙏🏼❤️🐾

I adopted Lil Peg from Sandy and had a wonderful experience. Sandy dedicates her life to helping animals and placing them in the appropriate home. The experience from screening to adoption was flawless.

Dezzy's 2nd Chance Rescue is the BEST in the area!!! Sandra works nonstop, 24/7, for the animals in her care!!!! She takes in dogs that no one else would even consider. Her before and after pictures prove her dedication to these abandoned, abused and forgotten fur babies!!!! Palm Bch. County Animal Care and Control even calls her to take dogs they can't handle. She wants to make sure the fur babies go to the right home and receive the love and care they deserve!!! They aren't toys to be discarded after the newness wears off. As a result an application must be filled out. Like any application, not everyone gets approved . Since it's for the benefit of these beautiful, loving and trusting souls I see nothing wrong with this process!!! If you apply for one of Dezzy's fur babies, you can be sure you are getting a baby that's been seen by a veterinary, treated for any ailments, in some cases had a required surgery, received necessary vaccinations and the list goes on. Most rescues do just the bare necessities. Not Dezzy's !!! She's TOP NOTCH 100% CARING ALL the TIME!!!

Desi‘s second chance animal Rescue is absolutely phenomenal. I rescued “Zippy” four years ago and my experience with Sandra was flawless. Everyone I meet that wants to Rescue a dog. I tell them the only place to go is Dezzy’s. Sandra put her all into her pets and you can tell each and one of them is loved❤️ only place I would ever rescue another dog from!

OMG ! This place is unbelievable !! It is amazing and thank god for Sandra she is an angle in human form ! She loves animals and makes sure God’s little creatures are being taken care of and rehomed ! I have contacted other rescues and Sandra stepped up within 1 day to take them. My friend passed away and these poor babies had nobody and no where to go and Sandra stepped up ! I am beyond grateful !
