We had a great experience working with DFW Improved. Everyone was so professional. Deborah did a great job in explaining the company’s work and payment process. Jodi was a wonderful designer- she has a great eye for design and everything fit seamless in the end. Keith was an exceptional project manager. His communication was extremely efficient and he worked close with the team ensuring our kitchen came out as planned. The workers were here every morning at the time communicated the day before. They took wonderful care of our home as if it were their own. We will be using DFW Improved in the future for any renovations.
This renovation was amazing. Carlos and his team were outstanding. The communication between Carlos and my family was great he kept us updated on everything that was going on and what to expect next. His crew was so nice and worked very clean and professional. Jason was also a pleasure to work with and responded quick to any questions I had. I can’t wait to find a new project for them to work on.

DFW Improved installed a shower in our master bathroom and it is perfect in every way. Every detail was attended to, nothing was missed and the work was done so professionally. The trades were all respectful and courteous and were diligent in their fields. We had previously used a different contractor and their work was substandard. We are grateful to have found DFW Improved when we did. The end result was outstanding ! We would not hesitate to utilize DFW Improved for any other projects we may have in the future

DFW remodeled our kitchen several years ago and when we were ready for a master bath and closet remodel, we called Gabby. Initially we thought their quote was too high, so we went with another contractor. Big mistake! After 6 months, we were no closer to a new bath or closet than we were from day one. We fired them, called Gabby again and we are happy to report we have a beautiful new bath! We have no regrets! It was finished before schedule with no issues. They corrected the work done incorrectly by the first contractor. Todd did a great job keeping us informed as to what would be happening at our home on a daily/weekly basis. Gabby is a real pro and I relied heavily on her design input. Cheaper cost youmore in the end if you pick the wrong contractor.

This week we had a problem with a plumbing fixture. A huge shout out to Corey for his fast and caring follow-up call, arranging for the plumber to stop by, and then checking to see how things went. This was a request for warranty service, but was treated with importance. Thank you Corey!!

DFW Improved designed and built a beautiful and functional aging-in-place bathroom. It started with Tiffany, our designer. After one meeting in our home, she completely “got” our style and vision for our primary bathroom renovation. At the design center, we were met with selections that fit perfectly with our vision board. She was always encouraging about the choices we made which reaffirmed we were headed in the right direction. Zander, our project manager, kept the whole project on track and informed us daily of arriving contractors and any upcoming changes. He was knowledgeable and confident, guiding us through the process. The contractors were friendly and respectful of our home and always greeted us with a "good morning". From start to finish, we couldn't be more pleased. The result was close to perfect! I look forward to working with them again on the next project.

DFW Improved recently finished a complete ADA renovation on the primary bathroom in our home. Zander, our project manager, was responsive and attentive, addressing every issue that arose. He remained professional the entire time while still being friendly and fun. Everyone at DFW Improved, from design to construction, understood how important this renovation was to us. Amazing experience working with DFW Improved. Joe who was my project manager made the real difference. Extremely professional, courteous and an expert at everything.
