Customers frequently praise the staff for their helpfulness, friendly communication, and ability to handle shipping processes quickly and smoothly. Positive reviews often highlight competitive pricing compared to other carriers and the clean, organized environment of the location. However, recurring criticisms in lower-rated reviews include inaccurate operating hours, late opening times, and instances where packages were not delivered as promised or on time.
