Customers frequently praise the shop for its punctuality, clear communication, and flexible scheduling options, including online payment and key lockers. Services such as Woolwax undercoating, rustproofing, and interior detailing are described as effective for protecting vehicles against Wisconsin winters, with many noting the owner’s willingness to explain processes and offer annual touch-ups. However, lower-rated reviews criticize the business for high pricing on basic services and defensive customer service interactions that overshadow the quality of the work performed.

I made a mistake not getting my last vehicle undercoated. I didn't want to make the same mistake with my new Durango. I'm really glad I found Diamond Dave's. I dropped it off and picked it up the next day . He did a really nice job with woolwax undercoating. I'm so happy with the winter coming up. I plan on coming back every year for touch ups.
I had my van detailed on the outside. It was quick & very well done. Nice & shiny again. Someone had sideswiped me & Dave was able to buff that out & you can't even tell. Great job!
Dave did a excellent job on rustproofing my suburban. He did the inside on all my six doors, inner rockers and front and rear quarter panels, also the receiver hitch and full frame. I would recommend diamond Daves!
Great service, great communication! Very informative and happy to answer all your questions! Highly recommend Diamond Dave's! Our vehicle looks GREAT!
I had my 2017 F150 under coated with Woolwax by Dave. Super easy to deal with, clear communication, and excellent results. He even ran the truck through the wash for me. Could not be happier.
I have a 2012 Honda Civic with 140,000 miles on it. The engines are pretty solid and can easily reach 300,000 miles, but since we’re in Wisconsin I didn’t think the frame would keep up with the engine. So, I brought the car down to Diamond Dave’s. Dave did a great job with the Woolwax undercoating, he’s also very flexible for people with busy schedules. Dave has a key locker so you can pay online and pick up your vehicle during after hours. My Civic is 14 years old now, thanks to Dave it might last another 14 years! Thanks again Dave!
Dave is a great guy and does excellent and professional work
Extremely happy with the job Dave did on rust proofing my GMC truck. I was very impressed with the way he coated the frame yet didn’t coat components that did not require coating. Highly recommended Dave.
Applied wool wax to both of my vehicles. Easy to schedule and drop off/pick up. Great to work with!
Amazing work on both the rustproofing and ceramic coating. Very particular about my truck. Very happy I choose Diamond Daves to do the job. Would highly recommend Dave and his services
