What a FIRST CLASS experience! From my initial phone call, I felt like I made the right choice in booking a party bus for an Alabama Football Gameday. Willie was fully transparent in cost and expectations. The day prior to our service, he called, provided the name of our driver and confirmed all the details. He assisted in making sure we get the most of our day in Tuscaloosa. The day of, our driver Shamika called and told me that she’ll be arriving at the time we requested…Very Professional! Her attitude and personality was fun and complimented the vibe our group was having. The 14 passenger bus was AWESOME! Super clean and had all the amenities! They even had two bags of ice stocked in the cooler for us. We appreciate the service Willie and Shamika provided. All around A+. Will certainly use them again and I recommend them to anyone seeking private shuttle, limo or party bus services. Thank you, Diamond Limo!

We used a limo and the Sprinter Van from Diamond Limo for our Special Needs Prom. Our guests loved the rides in both vehicles! The drivers showed up on time and were helpful - provided fun rides for dozens of our guests and their helpers on our campus straight to the Red Carpet to begin their night!
Ruined our engagement weekend! We ordered and verified and paid, in full, for the Mercedes sprinter. Pictures were sent of the vehicle we ordered.The morning of pick up I sent a text to verify if everything was ready to go. Never heard from the owner.A Lesser vehicle showed up and the driver had no idea where we were going and how many people were in a party. When I told him where we were going, he said he did not have enough fuel to get there. I sent him to get fuel. The vehicle they sent was a very old vehicle unlike the sprinter we paid for and did not have seatbelts in the back. We were traveling on a highway to Tuscaloosa and that was essential for the safety of our group. My son just got engaged and we’re going to the Alabama football game with both families. Traveling back-and-forth in the van would’ve been very festive and way to get to know each other as we have just met. The owner told me the sprinter broke down the evening prior and he had to find another vehicle. He did not notify me the night before and did not provide us with a reasonable alternative. The driver took over 40 minutes to get fuel, the appropriate gas stations were less than a two minute drive from our house. He arrived back late. I told him we’re not going to accept his vehicle as it was old, with two bench seats, a stripper pole, no media, nor coolers. And it was unsafe. When I called the owner he told me he was busy with other callers! We had to get two vehicles and drive ourselves down there which totally ruined our plans riding in a luxury vehicle.we had to pay for parking and walk a long distance as a result! When I asked for my money back, the owner showed me an envelope and pictures of the check 2 weeks ago, we have yet to receive it. This was a classic bait and switch I would not recommend the service to anyone! If I could give it a zero, I would! Photos of what we ordered and what showed up.
