Nick was excellent. Anything we asked of him was done smoothly. Driving was great and their time management was impeccable. Highly recommend
Phenomenal service with Kim Bloom, our chauffeur! He was dressed so nicely and professionally. He arrived in a spotless Lexus. Lots of legroom, complete w/bells and whistles.<br>He was friendly, courteous, wonderful sense of humor and I leaned some new things about Tucson and Phoenix that I DIDN’T know before, even though I’ve lived in Tucson for the past 25 years. Driving skills? Excellent! I would definitely request Kim again for any future occasions. Customer care person Stephen in their office, did a great job, too answering all my questions and setting things up for me. Kudos to Diamond Transportation for providing such a memorable experience!

What a great experience...from booking to pick-up and drop-off. Communications were regular and provided all the comfort levels that are nice to have when traveling; the vehicle was very well cared for, and added to the consistent caliber of quality; and Jackie, my driver, was a real treat, especially very early in the morning. By the time we arrived at the airport, I felt like I had made a new friend. Diamond certainly understands what makes a quality impression and delivers it. Thank you!

We had a good ride. Nick was very nice. He didn’t have much idea of how to operate the van though. The rear compartment was very warm for the first leg of our day, the automatic door was and wasn’t and the stereo system would not connect as promised. Otherwise, the trip was very smooth and well worth it.
