I made the worst decision of my life after getting behind a wheel after drinking and amplified that by not pulling over immediately. I turned what would’ve been a simple DUI into a 3rd degree felony on top of that. Mr. DiCaudo listened to me and stood by me through everything. He was the sole reason I was able to get off with just probation. To say I’m grateful for what he’s helped me through would be an egregious understatement. I could not recommend anyone better to represent you than Tom. Thank you, Mr. DiCaudo.

This firm, and Tom DiCaudo, was highly recommended to us for representation in a criminal case. After initial contact and review, a $10K retainer was immediately paid. DiCaudo did not give any guidance to the bonding process, nor did he attend the initial video arraignment to secure release from jail. We were represented by a public defender (which indicates that he had not been in contact with the court.) After an extremely high bond was paid due to a lack of representation, Tom failed to return two calls that I had personally made to his office to prepare and discuss defense strategies. The only time I was able to speak to Tom was at the first pretrial hearing and then again after charges were upgraded at a second arraignment (both of which occurred at the courthouse). From the beginning, it was easy to see that Tom was disinterested in the case as his attitude, communication, and professional decorum was beyond poor. After the second arraignment, Tom suggested that we may want to consider another attorney to represent us. He offered to turn over detail and files that he had to date. At this time, we were still waiting on discovery from the prosecutor. Our present attorney has reached out to Tom twice now and has not received a returned call. We have requested half of our fee to be returned but Tom has refused. We will be reaching out to the BBB, the Akron BAR Association, and the Ohio BAR Association for guidance and potential remedies.

Dicaudo missed my court date once and was late for the next 2. Would have been better off representing myself. I ended up taking a plee for something i wasn't even guilty of because I was sick of missing work. Save yourself money and go elsewhere.

Mr.Reid Yoder Saved my life today in court. I was facing 3 years in federal prison and the judge said she planned on putting me away. But becouse of Mr.Yoders EXCELLENT Defense Strategy and commitment to see me remain free and not have my probation revoked.... he was able to get my probation modified to where I go to NA meeting weekly!!.. and i STILL get off probation the same time in 8 months!!!... Mr.Yoder is by far the best money I ever spent in my life. He saved my life, As I couldent do any more time. He showed the judge how I changed for the better. And he proved that I am a good person. Tom Dicaudo is the best OVI lawyer in the state. He’s well known and respected by many of the other prosecutors and judges. I have had him represent me on two different occasions. He has always gotten me the best deal possible. He comes highly recommended by many of his clients.
