I didn’t want to have to share my experience publicly, but unfortunately, I feel it’s important for other pet owners to be aware of my experience with this veterinary office. I have spent a significant amount of money here over time, yet I often felt like I was being sent in circles without a clear or lasting solution. My biggest frustration was the repeated recommendation to come in for another appointment, even when I had just spent hundreds of dollars on a visit only a week prior. My dog has struggled with chronic ear issues, and despite multiple visits, the same medication continued to be prescribed without addressing why the problem wasn’t improving. After seeing my dog continue to struggle, I ultimately decided to seek care elsewhere. What was most disappointing was feeling that the focus was more on repeated appointments and costs than finding a long-term solution for my dog. Veterinary care can be expensive, but I believe pet owners should also feel that their concerns are being heard and that their pets’ wellbeing is genuinely the priority. I ultimately chose to switch veterinarians, and I wish I had done so sooner. I encourage other pet owners to do their research and find a veterinary practice where they feel heard, respected, and confident that their pet’s health is truly the priority.
If I could give this veterinary office more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Dr. Honeycutt and her nursing staff are truly phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, Cameron Hope was treated with so much patience, kindness, and genuine compassion. As the momma of a big-headed pitty, it means more than I can put into words to have a veterinarian who sees her, not her breed, and treats her with the love and respect she deserves. Dr. Honeycutt takes the time to truly listen, never makes you feel judged or rushed, and is incredibly thorough. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is checked properly and that you understand what is happening every step of the way. I also appreciate that she is upfront about costs and discusses everything with you before moving forward. You never feel like it's about money, you feel like it's about doing what's best for your baby. My momma heart is so full after seeing the love and care Cameron Hope received today. Knowing she was in the hands of people who genuinely cared about her meant the world to me. Dr. Honeycutt and her team have absolutely earned our trust, and I couldn't recommend them more highly. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. 💙🐾

It’s disgusting that they mutilate dogs’ ears for profit. Ear cropping is cruel and isn’t performed by vets that care about animals.

Dr. Hovis has taken care of our dogs & cats over a span of 10 plus years. Extremely professional. Front and back of house always going the extra effort. Fair prices and never once was it dirty. Oh our rabbits also can't forget them.
We had to get Buddy put down to day . Thank you Dr. Hovis for everything you did for our Buddy over the last almost 5 years you all are the best.
