Jeff L is a master. This summer he solved a tricky problem of replacing an old "pig iron" drainpipe encased in a beautiful Art Deco tile wall...without damaging the tile. His long practical experience and vast knowledge of pipes and fittings allowed him to find a creative solution that saved our tile wall. Thank you Jeff.
So, I was surprised when he showed up for our routine annual water system maintenance. He said "I have the time and they gave me your assignment". Not one to waste time, Jeff went straight to work. Once again, his practical experience gave us confidence that we were in good hands. He finished quickly and even loaded in the salt that came with the annual check up. Again; Jeff is a master. Thank You!
Sam S was prompt, personable and clearly knew his trade. For our annual maintenance I wanted to better know our well water softening system. As he worked he explained how the system operated, what he was testing and why and what the parts looked like when fresh and when time for change…all in plain English so I could understand.
For the added line we requested, he asked the right questions got straight to work and finished quickly.
Sam is young but don’t be fooled he knows his business.

As a new customer, we are so far very pleased with Dierolf Plumbing. Tammy was very friendly, knowledgable and was generous with incentives on her estimate for a new acid neutralizer and water softener. On the day of installation, Colin was on time, friendly and patiently answered all of our questions. He did a great job consolidating the pipes, drainage & electrical so it was more efficiently organized and neat.

He listened to and answered my questions concisely. Tests were conducted on our water and I received two quote options promptly based on our discussion.
