I’m really happy with the service I received at Digitcom Computer & Cell Phone Repair in North Babylon. I brought in my phone because the camera wasn’t working properly. They took the time to carefully open it up, find a loose connector, fix the latch, and put everything back together. They did a great job, and I felt like my phone was in good hands the whole time. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a phone or other electronics repaired.
I had a visit to DIGITCOM and visited with Ben an absolute genius. Many people try to solve a problem for me and I was left endless and in very disarray, but walking into digitom solved all my problems. I strongly suggest if you have any computer problems to locate Ben and a computer repair in North Babylon, absolutely satisfied with his service.
This place is great definitely the best Phone Repair place on Long Island. Very much recommended if you have any problems with your devices. I had water in my charging port and he was very informative and kind to give me options instead of going with the most expensive option. Great service!!!
Great experience, my old phone speaker was muffled I got it replaced and it worked like a charm. Then on another occasion my phone was overheating and completely stopped working. We were able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. All for a small price point as well. Work was all done efficiently and quickly as well. Great customer service and very honest technician! Would definitely recommend!
The owner of Digitcom - who does all of the repair work - is fantastic! He fixes computers and cell phone issues efficiently and so knowledgeably. You will not find anyone better or more courteous AND his price for the value is unbeatable! Also, the connections/cords, gadgets and widgets you need to keep all of your devices working smoothly together are there for easy purchase. Besides being the nicest man, Ben fixed my son’s Xbox and explained what needed to be done. Also gave him some tips for it not to happen again. It was ready by the same night I dropped it off. Impressed and my new go to.
