Customers consistently highlight the company's punctuality, professional communication, and fair pricing for services including tree removal, trimming, and irrigation repairs. Reviewers frequently note that crews arrive on schedule, follow specific instructions, and leave properties clean after completing work. However, a pattern of low-star reviews indicates that some customers experienced a lack of responsiveness, specifically citing instances where the company failed to return phone calls or voicemails within a reasonable timeframe.

I’ve had them working on my trees removing and planting new ones over the last four years They are efficient prices are very fair And they are very professional
We hired Sean and his team to cut back some overgrowth on our trees and plants. They were extremely careful and followed our instruction on exactly what we wanted. They were also timely and great with communication. We had them come back to remove a dead palm tree, and they did such a great job that you can’t even tell it was ever there; the stump isn’t visible. We will continue to use Diligent for our routine landscaping maintenance. Thank you!
Diligent has been our tree service yearly for about 5 years. They do such a great job. Today Sean went above and beyond to help us properly set out sprinkler timer on a moments notice. His response time is always fast and efficient. Thanks Sean for saving the day!
Diligent did an excellent job fixing our irrigation system in several places! They were persistent in getting it all done! We also use them for landscaping services. Thanks Shawn & Crew !
