Where do I start we have 4 dogs and no matter how many products we use from Amazon Home Depot Walmart etc the pee smell always came back we our turf had areas that were flattened and just looked like it needed to be replaced, I came across Dino Turf and reached out and the communication was fast friendly very informative we got the ultimate clean service and let me tell you when our service tech said it’s so clean you can eat in on he wasn’t lying the smell was so fresh and the turf itself looked like it was replaced with new turf it just shined we were so satisfied we locked in with there quarterly service I highly recommend Dino Turf 10/10
I wanted to wait a few weeks before reviewing to see the results. We got the turf cleaning odor extinction package. We have 2 large dogs and we regularly spray the turf - we’ve tried all the normal products and it still smelled awful. I’m happy to say the Dino Turf treatment definitely made a difference. We signed up for the quarterly treatments to try to maintain it without breaking the bank. We were extremely satisfied with Anthony, and this company.
We have been struggling for MONTHS with oder when our new puppy decided to do her business on the turf instead of the rocks like our Sr dog. We tried different products and NOTHING worked. It’s been a few weeks now and we are so pleased with the refresh.
We used Dino Turf for the first time to clean and treat our turf and were very happy with the results. We have used other companies that didn’t do a good job but Dino Turf exceeding our expectations!
I reached out to multiple companies on Facebook trying to get a turf cleaning quote and Dino Turf was the ONLY one that responded, so I booked a cleaning and couldn’t be happier. My turf is nearly 5 years old and I had never professionally cleaned it before - and I’m not sure how I have waited so long - it looks like it was installed yesterday. Absolutely would recommend!
I’ve been using Dino turf for a couple months now, and they have gone above and beyond to help me with my turf, which has not been a black-and-white situation. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their turf cleaned. They truly do care about helping you find a solution to your turf odor issues. Also, the turf looks brand new after they’re done cleaning it.
