We have the service now almost 2 years and we are very happy with the company and our service man, Cody. Cody is prompt, on time, knowledgeable with pest control, and courteous. He is always able to give us little tips how to manage our pest problem. He uses chemicals that are safe for our dogs, and many times they are essential oil mixtures. The company charges economically with a fair price. Thanks for keeping our home safe, and clean!

I would be honored to send a shout out to our technician Kody! We had been using another pest company and were still having issues with outside roaches. We changed to Direct hit pest control and within a very short time they were gone. Kody is very observant and diligent in his job and always goes the added miles. We have used Direct Hit for a few years. They have excellent customer service, always kind and courteous. We rarely have issues with pests which is great since we have little ones. They always ask if we have had any pest problems each visit and if we do they will look into it for us immediately.

Cody and his team are amazing. Been using them for more than 20 years. Rarely have issues with pests and if something pops up they take care of it immediately. Even cleaned the cobwebs and treated around our sandbox for the grandkids!!
