Great experience! Clean and had everything readily available. I’ve had my pup groomed multiple times, the owner does a fantastic job.
Our dog is aggressive with groomers so we attempted to groom her ourselves. This place is amazing! The staff was helpful and the price is VERY reasonable and our puppy was not aggressive with us at all. Win Win!
Friendly staff- clean and quality amenities- will be back. Also yes the photo section was a cute touch
This is a great concept, especially for short haired lower maintenance dog breeds. I wash my bulldog at home, but this will become our new wash spot due to convenience of washing myself and having groomer support for nail trimming.
I've never groomed my dog myself. He's an Irish doodle very hyper. However here was an amazing concept and experience. Chelsea, was wonderful, she showed me how and what doing less than 10 min. Murphy was an angel he sat still and within 1 1/2 hrs. I was done. I can't praise her enough. Thank you for an amazing experience.
This is a cute little place to wash your dogs. They have everything that you need.
We had a great first experience with our new groomer and our golden retriever, Josie. Booking online was easy, and the owner was very helpful in choosing the right services since it had been a while since Josie’s last grooming. We really appreciated the extra care and attention she gave Josie. We’ll definitely be back and are also interested in trying the self-service wash.
This was my first time but certainly not my last. The staff was warm, welcoming and patient. The space is clean and I found the process of cleaning my dog via the self washing station easier on my back than most places thanks to the equipment provided. Everything you need from shampoo to towels/air dryer, a brush, and even an apron to help keep you clean is all provided and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend.
I have taken my 2 dogs to Chelsea multiple times- they are happy to go (previously had to be medicated due to being "difficult") and come back beautifully bathed and groomed! Highly recommend!
Friendly staff, great location!
