Had a refrigerator repaired. Came out same day on a Saturday. Great service. Good communication. Honest, pleasant guy. Fair price. Had to come back to install a part a few days later and worked later in the day to accomodate our schedule. Would definitely call again.

So Thomas responded to my call and came out because I had a "death code" on the touchscreen of my fancier-than-I-would-buy-came-with-the-house KitchenAid range/cooktop. Electric oven, gas top. Gas worked fine, but the oven just gave up the ghost. Thomas was very diligent in his service. He called KitchenAid, and they wanted over 1K for the parts....then labor would put me in the 2K range to get back online. Of course Thomas could have socked it to me, but instead he worked on resetting the breaker ("...because sometimes, the problem can just be a power surge..." said Thomas). Fixed it, all for a $95 service call. Working perfectly again, and he showed me the reset breaker so I can perform this small miracle myself next time. This is the kind of business I am proud to shout out. Five stars!!

Service was fast he showed up in about less than one hour and fixed the issue in about 20 minutes. I was having an issue connecting the three prong cord to my dryer and wanted to make sure it was done safely and correctly. Glad I reached out to this business will definitely be using them again for future appliances issues . He even gave us advice and a quote for the hvac system
