Customers frequently praise the company for punctual arrivals, knowledgeable technicians, and efficient repairs on issues like clogged drains, water heaters, and leaking pipes. Positive feedback highlights clear communication and fair pricing for straightforward jobs. However, lower-rated reviews cite a recurring pattern of missed appointments, cancellations, and unreturned calls, along with complaints about upselling, unexpected price increases, and poor follow-up on complex or faulty installations.

They cancelled on me two days in a row. They had a whole day to reserve a jetter for my drain and on the second day I was told all the jetters were out being used.
