Customer service was excellent and efficient however I would advise you to make an appointment instead of a walk in because it cuts down your wait time tremendously
Chefchett, we appreciate the review! Our crew at Discount Tire in North Las Vegas works hard to make every tire install and repair fast and hassle-free.
Excessive wait time, poor customer service, no tires in stock to replace the tire I bought at Discount Tire.

Had a great experience with Discount Tire. Went in with a nail in the sidewall, not repairable. Was shown several options for replacement tires and had all my questions answered. The tires were installed while I waited, wait time was acceptable as I was a walk in. Discount Tire only does tires and they do them right.
Rick Goering, getting back on the road with confidence matters. Glad your tire situation in North Las Vegas was handled safely.
Outstanding support and service at this Discount Tire. I had a tire repair from a screw in my tire and they took care of it for free! Where is anything truly free anymore? Anyway, ERIC was really genuine and helpful with replacement tire options too (especially in considering my needs); you have a really good employee in him. From my observations, this is a great team of professionals. I'll be returning here for my truck tire replacements in the near future. Keep going strong Discount Tire; it seems you understand quality customer service and care. 👍
