Distinctive Design & Storage Solutions

Taylor was amazing to work with, the installers were very conscientious and knowledgeable. I highly recommend

So happy with our closet!! Our daughter's family used Distinctive Design for closets in their bedrooms that are absolutely gorgeous. We wanted something not as dazzling. Taylor offered some suggestions and we took the door off the closet. Such a great idea and the room opened up showcasing our closet. Everything was excellent from the designing to the installation. Highly recommend.

Distinctive Designs gave us our dream closet, laundry room, and epoxy flooring! Triple threat. Taylor was on top of it with multiple options of cabinetry, colors, layouts etc. truly couldn’t imagine building our home without them. Perfect finishing touches and extremely professional

I couldn’t be happier with how our master closet turned out! It feels like a bigger space with how organized it is. Our experience with Distinctive Design was superb from start to finish.

We absolutely love our mudroom and closet! Kate was wonderful to work with and designed exactly what I wanted to fit our home. Can’t wait to work with her more in the future!

I first visited the Distinctive Designs showroom with a group of professional organizers I am associated with. I was impressed with the displays and Taylor’s presentation. When it was time to rehab our distressed garage after our seven children grew up, we decided to work with this local family-owned business. After we chose colors and products, Taylor presented us with several design options, then made modifications to fit our intended uses and budget. From wall and floor repair, to painting, floor resurfacing, and new cabinetry, their friendly and professional installers did a detailed and thorough job. The interior of the two-car garage of our 1967 home looks almost like new construction with a designer flair. Do give yourself some margin if you need your project done by a certain date as our fairly extensive project did spread out over a longer than expected length of time, but we are now able to easily organize our outdoor items as well as park both of our cars in our beautiful garage.

Starting a renovation project is always exciting but yet stressful with all the decision making. I follow Distinctive Designs & Storage Solutions on FB. When we decided to turn our bedroom into a walk-in closet/laundry room combo, I call Taylor at Distinctive Design! Our project is complete, and I am in love with our new transformation all due to Taylor's design and ability to know exactly what I was after. This company deserves 5 stars from start to finish!!!!!!

Kate was wonderful to work with; easy to communicate with and knowledgeable about all the products and options.

Taylor Rachko helped me get organized with simple and chic solutions to changing the kitchen pantry and 2 entryway hall closets. She is enthusiastic and very professional, and it's always nice to help support locally owned family businesses. Utilizing the extra potential spaces with her designs helped make things easy and fun to organize, helped get rid of anxiety from unnecessary clutter, and I save more time now that I know exactly where everything is.

A wonderful experience. The design process was fun, lots of options at the showroom and 3D images to get a clear view of the final plan. The installation was quick and the installers were extremely knowledgeable. Overall great experience would highly recommend for everyone that needs help with organization.
