Brad fixed all my nagging pains and injuries through peak marathon training. It was like a weekly miracle. I would show up on a Wednesday with a strained hamstring, hip flexor, sprained ankle, etc, Brad would work on it, and by Saturday I was good to go for the next long run. I attribute my success at sustaining training volume, arriving on race day healthy, and setting a PB, to big Brad!

After a series of questions and seeing where my pain was be identified my issue, “tech neck”! He gave me practical advice on how to manage my posture and reduce future flareups.
