I recently started seeing Brad Glenn at Distinguished Roots following knee surgery, and he has been a tremendous help. His background as a former athlete shines through in his sports massage techniques and deep understanding of injury recovery. Brad is an exceptional listener who is always genuinely attentive to your concerns.
I leave every session feeling refreshed and restored. His deep tissue work is top-tier, and he provided exceptionally thoughtful insights and solutions for my posture correction questions.
Having moved from Florida, I’ve gotten regular massages for years—including sessions with the massage therapist for the Orlando MLS team—and Brad is easily my top pick out of everyone I’ve seen. Whether you're looking for a relaxing reset or recovering from an injury that's affecting other areas, I can’t recommend Brad and Distinguished Roots highly enough.

There are average massages, and there are massages by experts who have a master's level understanding of how movements, tension and dysfunction affect your full body health - who can recognize and coach movement patterns and cues, and can give you more than a massage: advice, new habits to try, and homework to actually move, resolve pain and live better. Expert caliber bodywork for folks who care about moving effectively and reducing pain for improved life quality and performance.
