The furniture i got has been great i love it. The staff is friendly and vary helpful. I lost the remote to my bed and the Haley Mendoza with customer service was sooooo helpful my new remote is on its way. Thank you so much.

Some of the best customer service I've ever received! Even though warranty was expired on our couch and that model/parts were no longer manufactured, HZ offered to swap out the broken component on it with a newer style. They made me a very friendly deal and pickup-repair-return was completed in well under their estimated timeline. Thank you very much!

Love, love , love this company. We bought a sectional sofa and a recliner recently and the material on the recliner did not hold up well on the leg rest portion of the recliner. We contacted the support department by email and one of the managers from the Midlothian store contacted us and filed a warranty claim for us. He said it could be a couple of days before we would hear from someone regarding the warranty. Serenity from the Warranty Department contacted us on the day the claim was filed. She was so kind and considerate, confirming a manufacturer defect. Serenity recommended replacement options and sent me a list of locations of showrooms that displayed the recommended chairs. We went to the Midlothian showroom, and Joni our original sales person also recommended replacement options. My husband was able to find a comfortable, zero gravity reclining chair and the store manager immediately checked availability and had it delivered in two business days. So easy and no inconvenience whatsoever. Home Zone is amazing. Highly recommend!

I buy all of my furniture from Home Zone and will continue to do so. Furniture quality is great, prices are very reasonable, buying experience is wonderful, and they stand behind the items that they sell. We purchased a couple of sofas and a coffee table at the Arlington store a few years ago. They have held up extremely well despite cats and drink spills. But the manual pull for the recliner could not withstand my brother's anger at a referee call during a recent college football game. He was running around whining about the call (as many Longhorn fans do), then he plopped down on our sofa and yanked on the manual recliner pull. It broke. I told him that Texas Tech fans do not engage in that type of behavior and belittled him mercilessly. After I calmed down, I sent an email to the Home Zone warranty department saying that the sofa was out of warranty but I needed the replacement part and would pay for it. Hailey replied the same day and the repair has been scheduled. I have very high standards but low expectations of businesses standing behind their products. Home Zone has exceeded my very high standards. I encourage anyone interested in purchasing furniture to visit Home Zone. They do everything right from the buying process to fixing problems caused by deranged Longhorn fans. We told my brother that he must undergo Anger Management training before he is allowed to return to our home. I'm glad we did it over the phone when he was at his house.
