I was experiencing a very challenging plumbing problem connecting my water supply to my brand new "smart" toilet. I went to multiple big box hardware stores with absolutely no luck at all. I went to this Ace Hardware location and ask for help in the plumbing aisle. An Ace hardware employee named Robert Clayton came to help me and he really was a customer service hardware superstar! He looked at the hardware I had with me, the pictures I had on my phone, and checked out the measurements, and came up with a superior solution to connect my water supply to my brand new "smart" toilet that works perfectly! After 3 or 4 days of trying to get the right part for the job, Mr. Clayton came through with flying colors and would have received a 6 star review if Google allowed. ******

My wife and I absolutely love Ditta Ace Hardware. From stepping through the main doors you are always greeted by amazing and friendly staff, walking around the Team is always so helpful and willing to answer any questions. The General Manager Derek is top notch and the perfect example of leading a Team by example. We find ourselves shopping here at least once per week if not more. The wide selection of products range from outdoor furniture, grills, quality tools. Landscaping, plumbing, electrical and HVAC materials and so much more. We are having a new grill delivered to our lake house today and will continue to shop this store and recommend to all friends and family. Cannot say enough great about Ditta Ace Hardware!!

Such a nice, new store. I am amazed at the variety of items you can buy here! The store is big and well kept. There is always lots of employees to greet you, and they never fail to ask if you need assistance. Prices vary, some things are high but others seem reasonable. I am happy to have this friendly Ace hardware in town.
Great store and very happy to have them in town. My only gripe - they won’t leave you the heck alone. No matter how many times you decline their help they will never leave you alone. Great customer service, but every time I go in for something it feels like I’m being constantly observed under the guise of customer service. It is annoying.

Has to be the cleanest, most well stocked, and amply staffed hardware stores I've been in. Friendly and polite staff, too.
I always like a good hardware store. This one is clean with easy parking and pleasant staff... and a variety of good stuff...along with tools and such!
I moved to Hot Springs just about the time that this Ace Hardware opened. After shopping there a couple of times, I was hooked. I will go there before Lowe’s every time. (The new Home Depot won’t change that either. ) Highly recommend d for variety of merchandise and very helpful staff. I do have one concern about their business model though. Most of the times I go there they have more employees in the store than customers. That is one reason for their great service, but high labor costs don’t bode well for their long-term future.
