Cannot rate this team highly enough. Seem like super great people. Had an issue with my water heater but they couldn't get to me for a few days. Knowing this, the guy on the phone literally told me exactly what I needed to do to just fix it myself.. for free. Saved me a several hundred dollar visit. Thanks again!

Dixie Plumbing did a great job. They were able to accommodate an additional plumbing service that I asked for during the drain cleaning appointment. They also gave an estimate for a home repair that I was wanting done. The bid was a fair price but he was honest with me about if what I was wanting done would work in the space. I will definitely be using them again.

Angela and Donovan from Dixie Plumbing were outstanding!! Angela took our call and coordinated the service visit and was professional and courteous. Donovan not only fixed our plumbing issue he showed me how to shut the water off if I needed to do so in the future and he took the time to inform me about the plumbing problem. Also, he fixed the problem at a very reasonable and fair cost without trying to sell me on things and services didn’t need. I absolutely highly recommend Dixie Plumbing!! We moved here recently and feel extremely fortunate to have a plumber we can trust for all our plumbing needs in the future!!

I had a devastating issue (they are all devastating when it involves pipes and leaks) with my shower shooting water straight back into the wall!! Things were soaked, floorboards were bowing, it had hit the fan! I had a friend suggest Dixie Plumbing, raving that Donovan was the best, and after some frantic description, they had Francisco come out straight away! He got in, found the problem, and fixed it in record time! He even had a suggestion on what to do next and who to call to get the water damage dealt with. Really impressed with this company. I LOVE small NWA companies that still carry integrity and honesty in their toolbox.

I had multiple clogs in my house and I called Dixie plumbing to come out and they had it fixed within 2 hours. They are very professional and clean! They made sure to clean up as they went. They are up front about pricing and have very reasonable rates. I will definitely be using them for future work needed!

I had a problem with my outside water faucet. Called Angela and she promptly arranged an appointment to make the needed repair. Donovan came at the scheduled time and fixed the problem. I would recommend Dixie for any of your plumbing needs.
