I was very happy with the friendly service and the meticulous care given to my wardrobe. My formal dress came back with forms underneath to keep the shape, I was very impressed. Everything was done when promised and the price was reasonable.
I had a very good experience, the staff was very helpful my accommodations was met. And the price is reasonable I will definitely be coming back.
I’ve been coming to DK dry cleaning and Alterations weekly now for over 2 years. Susan is the best. Always accommodating my alterations and dry cleaning needs. The service and family/community vibe as well as the professional service, quality and price point is unsurpassed. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They charged my daughter $100 for a hem & clean on her maid of honor gown. They had it for a week. I picked it up & didn't examine it (unfortunately). When I got home at 530om, I saw they black chalk lines on the dress of where it was supposed to be hemmed!!! It was never done! We had to leave at 6am for the wedding in TN. So there was nothing we could do. I wouldn't waste my time nor $$ in that place.
Miss Stueber, you picked up the dress looked at it and complained it wasn't hemmed did your daughter tried the dress on with the shoe? we did such a professional job on your dress that you could't even tell it was hemmed, and we never use black chalk on alterations. We recommend that you always check your garments before you leave the store we are not responsible for them after you leave.
This was the first dry cleaner I visited when I got to town, and I immediately knew this was going to be my go-to place. Super friendly! Team DK also has fantastic food recommendations.

*Poor Quality Work *Poor Customer Service We called and spoke to a woman. I asked prices. They seemed fair. I said “you iron and starch correct?” She said “if you request it” Fair enough, I guess. I paid extra for the services. The woman sounds annoyed and isn’t very helpful. (My wife had same experience in person.) We’re talking a small amount of work also, (4 dress shirts) We collect the shirts (prompt return of two days) The shirts have wrinkles, and Zero creases. No ironing creases, At all. None on sleeves, nothing. Looked like they were washed regularly and placed under a large heavy book. lol Won’t be returning. I do not recommend. Hopefully your experience is better than mine, if you decide to use them.
I am sorry the shirts were not up to your standard, if you had let us know right away we could have sent them back to have them redone.
