I had a great experience with DK Law from start to finish after my accident. They took care of everything, from getting my car repaired to helping me find the right doctors, coordinating treatment, and following up throughout the entire process. I never felt like anything was overlooked or that I had to figure things out on my own.
What impressed me the most was how quickly and clearly they responded whenever I had a question or concern. They were always professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with, which made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.

Honestly I am so disappointed with this law firm, the way my case has been handled is absolutely unacceptable. The commutation is horrible. No one knows what they are doing. Everyone gives different information each time. I wish I could write more and I will as more information becomes available.
I didn’t know what to do after my car accident caused by someone who didn’t appear to have an insurance. Fortunately, a friend of mine connected me with DK Law, whose staff were extremely professional and courteous and gave me the complete confidence from the very beginning. The whole legal process took longer than I expected, but DK Law kept me informed of the progress and ultimately got a substantial settlement that I never thought possible. I’m disappointed with the communication from DK Law. I emailed Luis over a week ago regarding my case and still have not received a response or even an acknowledgment of my email. I understand attorneys and staff can be busy, but going a full week without a reply is not the level of communication I would expect from a professional law firm. As a client, I believe timely updates and responses are very important, especially when dealing with a legal matter.
