My Jeep Renegade was due for Smog and it had a check engine light on. DNA gave me the earliest slot of other places I called. They were friendly, flexible and worked with me on alternatives to get the car ready. Service was quick and pricing fair for what it was. And the car passed Smog. DNA just became my new go-to car mechanics in Novato. Thank You.

I'm glad we were able to get you in the shop and figured out why your car wasn't passing smog. We'll see you next time.

Not too impressed. Multiple times trying to get estimates, seems the employee forgot why he was there. I was charged double the amount for engine oil, based on the dealership charge for my last oil change. Just being honest.

DNA AUTOMOTIVE always saves me from distress, with their hard working technicians and amazing staff. It is true, "not all heroes wear capes." I wouldn't have my car right now, if it wasn't for their trustworthy ethics. Shout out to all of you, who really make a difference. Much love and support from the one who comes in almost every month. Thank you!❤️
