Great experience from start to finish! We needed the glass replaced on our sliding door, and Sam did an excellent job. He was very professional, polite, and easy to deal with. Got a quote for a job, paid the deposit…after the fact they told us it would be 10-14 days. Our customer can’t wait that long for the repair so we immediately called to cancel the order and they are now saying we don’t get our deposit back. They never told us prior it would be that long and wouldn’t immediately…

All I can say is I should have called sooner. I was able to get in within a few days, the tech called when he was 45 mins out, and Isaac was able to fix my existing doors in no time. The communication and service were excellent. Will definitely be recommending them in the future!

I contacted DNA after finding them via Google search to repair my sliding glass door. I was in quite a "jam," since i was scheduled to go to work, but, was having difficulty closing the door. It apparently came off the track. No matter what I tried, the door was stuck in the open position. I also broke the handle…

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from DNA. Instead of immediately recommending an expensive replacement, they took the time to assess my sliding glass door and provided a cost-effective repair solution that saved me a significant amount of money.

Absolutely outstanding experience with D.N.A. Sliding Doors & Windows!
We hired them for a major home improvement project that included replacing our old aluminum sliding glass doors with beautiful new vinyl impact-resistant sliding glass doors, along with replacing 10 windows throughout our home.
From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent! The installation crew was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and paid great attention to every detail. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional, and the new doors and windows completely transformed the look of our home.
I also want to give special recognition to the office staff. Their communication was amazing throughout the entire process. They kept us informed, answered all our questions, coordinated everything smoothly, and made sure we always knew what to expect.
It's not easy to find a company that delivers both high-quality installation and outstanding customer service, but D.N.A. Sliding Doors & Windows truly exceeded our expectations.
We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone looking for sliding glass door or window replacement. Five stars all the way!

DNA came through for me. They sent a tech out the same day. My tech's name was Isaac. He fixed the issue quickly and installed a new handle. They are priced reasonably too.

The team was professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. They clearly explained what was needed, arrived on time, and completed the work with great attention to detail. My four-panel sliding glass door now moves seamlessly and feels better than it has in years.
It’s refreshing to work with a company that prioritizes doing what’s right for the customer rather than selling unnecessary replacements. I highly recommend DNA to anyone needing sliding glass door repairs or service.
