I signed a contract and on the scheduled date and time they were a no show. I tried calling them all week and I could only leave messages so I texted them and they assured me they still were going to do the job that was almost 2 weeks ago and they ghosted me. I wish they were honest with me that they didn't want or couldn't do the job. Now I'm left starting all over. I don't trust them.

We hired DNS to replace a rear deck and 2 front porches: Sadly, we had issues with all the work. On the plus side, the team is very pleasant and the “project manager” Guilherme was mostly on top of things.
Rear Deck
• The rear deck lattice buckled and had to be removed. I decided to replace it myself.
• The pavers on the landing were reinstalled upside down and some could not be corrected as they are under a new wall.
• Some decking screw plugs popped out. These were replaced but I don’t know how long the replacements will stay in.
• Some decking screw plugs have risen and are noticeable. I expect these to eventually pop out.
Front main porch
• Two porch posts did not meet the ceiling (i.e., the posts were floating) so the caps had to be replaced.
• The concrete footings developed large holes around them and had to be backfilled; this has me concerned about stability.
• The front 2 stairs were not level but sloped down. These were fixed months later, but they now have 60+ screw plugs in them as they reused the Trex.
• The newel post wasn’t plumb and had to be removed and reinstalled.
• Some balusters warped and were replaced after repeated calls and waiting a few months.
• Some decking screw plugs have risen and are noticeable. I expect these to eventually pop out.

We got an above ground 24” round pool and then hired DNS to build us a 20x20 deck and a new set of deck stairs. They did a great job! The quote was within our budget and the finished product is great! The workers were friendly and the communication was excellent. I highly recommend DNS!!

I had a porch rebuilt by D&S and was very pleased with the overall quality of their work. The craftsmanship was excellent, and the finished product looks great. One thing that could be improved is communication throughout the project, as updates were not always as timely or clear as I would have liked.
That being said, the company stood behind their work. A few months after completion, I noticed an issue with one of the railings, and they promptly came back to make the necessary correction. I appreciated their willingness to address the concern and ensure everything was done properly. Overall, I would recommend them for their quality workmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction.

My outside landing to my porch needed to be completely rebuilt. The flooring of the landing and stairs and railings were completely rebuild by DNS. The project was on budget and on time. The old landing was completely removed and replaced with new material. The trex and vinyl were well done.
