Customers praise the facility for its convenient location near Dog Beach, friendly staff, and effective services for anxious or difficult dogs, including self-service washing and professional nail trims. Recurring themes highlight the helpfulness of employees who remember specific pet needs and the availability of products. However, several reviewers criticize the pricing as high for the time spent and note issues with the physical layout of the washing tubs, while one complaint mentions strong odors from cleaning products.

Best anxious dog nail suspension service. Got a fussy dog? This is your new favorite place. The nail team does a great job with the pups and the parents. Come here, no fuss no mess no freak outs. We come all the way from Long Beach for the care we get here!

Great to hear you and your pup have a good experience. Nails are an important part of our pups overall health and well-being and happy we can share that care with you!
Robert and Matthew were absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, Robert greeted us with a big smile and made us feel so welcome. He took the time to explain all of the services and options available, and he gave us some really great product recommendations.

We ended up purchasing the probiotic spray they recommended, and we LOVE it! It smells amazing, and I also love knowing that it’s beneficial for our dog. My husband and I were both really impressed.

The entire place was extremely clean, organized, and so dog-friendly. I especially loved the little touches, like having water available outside for the dogs. You can tell they really think about both the pets and their owners.

Matthew was also incredibly helpful and made sure we had extra towels and anything else we needed. Both Robert and Matthew were so friendly, relaxed, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit.

We absolutely love this place and will definitely be coming back every time we’re in San Diego. Highly recommend!

Thank you for recognizing Matt and Robert, two long time staff members and as you said, kind, caring and welcoming! We are delighted you, your husband and pup had a wonderful experience!
We brought our fur baby in for a simple wash and dry and completely forgot her usual soap. I was so impressed that the groomer remembered what she needed and took the extra effort to find the right one. It’s little details like that that show how genuinely thoughtful and caring the team is.

We are so happy you had a wonderful experience! Thank you for recognizing the staff and their efforts. We appreciate you!
I have a very reactive dog when it comes to nail trims, so we opted for the suspended trim. Tim was an exceptional groomer--he was calm the whole time and gentle with my dog. I'll be recommending this place to everyone and will definitely be back.

It was great to get our dog clean so easily! As a novice self dog washer, I got a little wet too. Rhat was part of the fun. He was really well behaved there, and the staff were Super helpful.
