Google reviewers rate Dogtopia of New Orleans 4.7 out of 5 stars, with the owner responding to every review. Customers frequently praise the staff’s kindness, communication, and the physical exercise dogs receive during daycare and boarding. Many note that the facility offers webcam access and spa services, which help owners feel confident about their pets' care. However, several low-star reviews consistently criticize the facility for strong urine odors in the reception area and concerns regarding hygiene and transparency about camera usage.

Staff are amazing and i was so happy with the care!
Thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled you were happy with the care your pup received at our dog day care. Our staff loves making every visit special!
They’ve been quick to respond to all requests and treat animals with the kindness and love you would expect. As a small side story; I ran out of coolant one day and I hiked back to the facility to ask for help. One of the kind employees gave me her bottle of coolant free of charge. Great employees in a loving dog atmosphere!
Thank you for sharing, Cooper!
I spoke to Brandon over the phone and he was so helpful and willing to make sure I was squared away for my Meet & Greet. He was a delight and it makes me feel comfortable my dogs will be with such kind people!

My beagle puppy loves Dogtopia! He has SO much energy that we just can't give him enough mental stimulation to be not destructive around the house. He is a heavy chewer and digger. When we bring him for daycare, he plays hard all day, then comes home relaxed and ready to chill with us.
Shae, we’re so glad to hear your pup enjoys his time at our dog day care! Knowing he comes home happy and relaxed means a lot to us. Thanks for trusting Dogtopia of New Orleans to keep your furry friend engaged and active—we can’t wait to welcome you both back soon!
My dog is a cruelty rescue. She’s super anxious and while I think the world of her, she’s not very social. The staff here are incredible and truly love dogs. The routine really helps my anxious animal. I used to never go out of town because I worried about my doggie, but I honestly feel safe boarding her here, and that’s huge.
Thank you so much, Josie, for sharing your experience! We're glad our dog boarding team could provide comfort and routine for your rescue pup. Knowing she feels safe and cared for at Dogtopia of New Orleans means the world to us. We look forward to seeing you both again soon!
So glad we have found Dogtopia to bring our dog for boarding! They have been so responsive and caring for our elderly dog. He seems so happy in all the pics and he always comes back clean post his spa services! Highly suggest!

Dogtopia is the best! Penelope has gone there since she was a puppy and 4 years later still loves it. They give her the individual love she needs and she has a blast with the other dogs and enrichment activities. Couldn’t imagine sending her anywhere else
