I got my vehicle repaired here after it was damaged by a tree that fell. They did a fine job with the repairs, and made working with my insurance company completely painless! One weird thing: when they were initially inspecting the damage on my car, I apologized about how messy my car was on the inside. They then told me “oh don’t worry about that, we detail every car after we’re finished with repairs!” Which I was super excited to hear! However, when I picked up my car today, it was basically just as messy as when I dropped it off. To be clear, had they not said anything about detailing, I absolutely would not have expected to come back to a clean car. However, since they went out of their way to make a point about this being something that they do, I’ll admit I was disappointed when I picked it up.

I received excellent customer service from start to finish. They did a good job but when an unexpected problem arose they fixed it at no extra charge and even gave me a loaner car to drive so my day wasn't interrupted. I highly recommend doing business with Don and Sons.

We were able to make an appointment and get in right away for a dent repair. They gave us different options for our repair job. They were friendly, professional, and the price was fair. The work was completed in a short amount of time. The end result of the work was like new. I will definitely go back to Don & Sons in the future if the need arises.

I just picked up my car from being repaired. It looks absolutely amazing inside and out. I’m so so happy!! Customer service was also great, always answered calls and emails in a very timely manner and answered questions no problem even if they were a little silly. Cannot recommend enough.

Okay, okay. These guys are awesome! Great communication, and the quality of work was above and beyond. The whole process was easy going and straight forward. Give them a try!!!

Initially we had a great experience. Great communication and they were helpful in giving us some direction in dealing with insurance stuff after someone hit our mini van. They made it a seamless process and the work was done quickly. However, upon my husband picking up our van once the work was completed, he was informed he’d have to pay FIFTY-three dollars in credit card processing fees. Never were we informed that they recommend bringing cash or check. He’d already returned our rental to Enterprise and utilized Enterprise’s ride service back over to Don and Sons’ shop, per their recommendation. Understandably they couldn’t release our van until the work was paid for so my husband didn’t have a choice but to pay with our credit card. Most people don’t carry cash or checkbooks anymore, so be aware and prepared in case you aren't informed by Don and Sons that you’ll be paying extra if you use a card.

Very highly recommend! They did a great job with fixing the issue to my car, were great about communicating (even reminding me to bring a check or cash to avoid extra fees), and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a ride from the shop, vacuumed my car, and filled up the gas all for free. Really went above and beyond in my opinion.
